Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, items purchased are non-returnable and non-refundable. Exchanges can be made only if an item arrives defective or damaged. If you are at all dissatisfied with your order or receive a damaged item, please contact us at iwouldratherknot@gmail.com 

Our policy lasts seven days from when your package has been delivered. If seven days have gone by since your package has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at iwouldratherknot@gmail.com and we will direct you on how and where to send your item back. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
