1. Where are you located? 

I Would Rather Knot is located in Orange County, California. 

 

2. Where do you ship to?

I Would Rather Knot is currently only shipping within the United States at this time. 

 

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Free standard US shipping is offered on all orders of $100 or more! No code needed.

 

4. What is the return policy?

Due to the made-to-order nature of my products, items purchased are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your order or receive a damaged item, please contact iwouldratherknot@gmail.com within 7 days for a replacement to be issued.

 

5. When will I receive my order?

Most orders (excluding custom orders) will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. If there is a specific time you need your order by, please contact me at iwouldratherknot@gmail.com and I would be happy to accommodate accordingly. 

 

6. What do I do if I never receive my order?

Please keep careful track of your package as it moves throughout the carrier system. Delays may happen but if your package gets lost or it has not been delivered, contact me at iwouldratherknot@gmail.com and I will get it sorted out immediately.
